About Me

As Organizational Psychologist, I'm Senior Coach and Management Consultant, after many years experience both in Multinational Companies (i.e Manpower as Operations Manager and Ericsson Lab Italy as People, Culture and Communication Director) and in Management Consultant (i.e Studio Staff, SHL, Sin&rgetica).

Since 2004 I have been working mainly on Executive e Corporate Coaching and delevopped an individual coaching approach for more than 100 Managers & Executives from various Companies (e.g. Ericsson, Endesa, Atradius, Merck Serono, Médecins sans Frontières).

I'm a founding member (1986) and professor at Scuola Romana di Psicologia del Lavoro e dell’Organizzazione, one of oldest Work and Organizational Psychology Master programmes in Italy.Since 1990 I have been registered with the Italian National Psychological Society.

I'm full member and Honorary Vice President of SCP (Society for Coaching Psychology). I'm also member of ICF (International Coach Federation) e AIDP (Associazione Italiana Direttori del Personale – Italian Association of Personnel Managers).

In 2010, with Grazia Geiger, Alessandra Rosicarelli and ida Sirolli I wrote “Guidelines for the Work and Organisational Psychologist in the practice of Organisational Coaching” published in April by a regional branch of the National Italian Psychological Association (English version is available at: http://www.ordinepsicologilazio.it/ordine/ordine_aree_tematiche/lavoro/) The Guidelines represent the first formal action aimed at valuing the distinctive contribution psychologists have to offer.

In 2004, with Mr Alberto Cei, I wrote “Coaching alle nuove sfide” Coaching to the new challenges (published by Guerini).
